This series of self-portraits blurs one’s perception using reflection within both the image and the material of the object. The image of the fragmented body can become confused with the viewer’s own body leaving space for the viewer to see themselves in me, or vice versa. Confronting the image full on, the camera plays on itself as a subject, hinting at surveillance, looking back at the viewer.
